Gina Cajucom is an ICF-Certified Coach that supports a better dialogue #betterdialogue in the workplace and beyond www.problemsolvingleader.com. Having seen the organization in its duality and having worked to align employee aspirations with business goals, Gina is committed to work toward work-life integration while contributing to bottomline business results through leadership coaching. Her passion for Solution Focused Coaching extends from the Canadian Centre for Brief Coaching www.briefcoaching.ca in Toronto, to the Philippines, where Gina is founding a Brief Coaching Centre at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Center for Continuing Education. With over 15 years of experience in human resources management (HR) and organizational development (OD), her stints in coaching supervisors and employees to deliver business results awakened her passion for developing emerging leaders and work-life integration. A Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) in Canada, Gina had two years of graduate study in M.S. Human Resources Management and has completed a Master’s Certificate in Organizational Development (MCOD) from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. Her undergraduate degree in B.S. Psychology is perfectly complemented by an extensive training in co-active coaching techniques with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Solution-Focused Brief Coaching with the University of Toronto. She’s looking to make a difference by sharing her time in coaching clients from all over the world through The Coaching Fellowship www.tcfs.org.
